Ridgecrest Baptist Church is a diverse group of families and individuals who worship the Lord Jesus Christ.  We are students and retirees, parents and children; we have come from countries all around the world, from all walks of life, yet find community and friendship here.

Our church was begun in 1962 by people who wanted to worship the Lord, teach His word, and share His love with those in our community and around the world. 

We are not perfect, and don’t expect others to be.  Instead we believe in honesty about our struggles and sharing one another’s burdens; as Jesus taught.

Our Pastor, Gale Dingwell, and his family joined Ridgecrest in 2004.  They have served the Lord in Kentucky, upstate New York, Alaska, Korea and now here in the Hudson Valley. 

Pastor Gale believes that God has a unique plan and purpose for each person, young or old.  His desire is to help each person realize that purpose and pursue God’s plan with passion and joy.
